Private events

Birthdays, showers, work happy hours, family celebrations, or just a good excuse to get everyone together—we can close the taproom to the public and make it yours.

Bring your own food, catering, games, decorations, and Spotify playlist. We'll handle the beer and drinks.

Our Ravenswood taproom is a relaxed spot for birthday parties, showers, and corporate happy hours, best suited to groups of about 40 people or fewer.

Availability

Available any day of the week, with a 2-hour minimum. Events are generally limited to 3-4 hours on weekends. Availability is tied to our opening/closing hours; email us with your preferred date and time and we'll confirm what works.

Pricing

No space rental fee! We require a minimum spend per hour:

Monday-Thursday: $200/hour
Friday & Sunday: $250/hour
Saturday: $300/hour

All minimums are subject to tax and a 20% tip. Both individual drink tabs and a single group tab are available.

What counts toward the minimum

Beer, wine, seltzer, N/A drinks, Jarritos, juice boxes, and our snacks. Gift cards and merchandise do not.

Make it yours

Bring in food or catering, games, decorations, and even your own music playlist to make the space your own!

Parking

We have access to a parking lot on weekends and on weekdays after 6pm.

Nonprofits

Monday nights are reserved for community! Eligible nonprofit 501c3 organizations can host an event without a minimum spend, and we'll donate 20% back to your organization.

A few things to keep in mind

Our space is best suited for gatherings of approximately 40 people at a time. We have just one bathroom on-site, so please keep this in mind when planning your guest list.

Reservations

Reservations are available during regular taproom hours and the taproom stays open to everyone. They're best for smaller groups who want to make sure they have a spot together.
